Heliotropes Perform Live (With A Puppy) for Brooklyn x Brooklyn Live Sessions
Heliotropes’ lead singer Jessica Numsuwankijkul had a dream to find other musicians to play Brian Eno covers with. Soon things evolved, and she was joined by drummer Cici Harrison, guitarist Sridharan Ravichandran and bassist Richard Thomas. Heliotropes came by Braund Studios in Greenpoint to perform their new tune “Easy,” off their forthcoming record Over There That Way.
Following up their original track, Heliotropes played a fun version of Harry Nilsson’s “The Puppy Song,” equipped with barking dog Lula and sax player John “Hot Juan” Stanesco.
