Adam Driver’s Brooklyn Heights Apartment Is on the Market for $5 Million
The loft-style space was originally two units, which Driver bought for a combined $4.24 million
Adam Driver listed his Brooklyn Heights apartment for $5 million.
The Girls and Star Wars actor’s residence consists of two units he bought between 2014 and 2017, the New York Post reports. The 20 Henry Street space ran a trust connected to him $4.24 million. The apartment is 2,681 square feet and includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The loft-style spot features, per the Post, “soaring ceilings, oversized arched windows, original timber columns and beams, and custom glass-and-steel partitions.” The building offers a fitness center and cold storage.
While Driver is leaving his apartment, he’s staying in the neighborhood. Thee Girls and Star Wars actor is, the Post says, moving to the “ultra-exclusive” Standish, the Columbia Heights building where Matt Damon and Emily Blunt already live. Driver bought three sixth-floor units spanning 3,500 square feet for $11.5 million—$3,200 per square foot.
