Soft Open For Restaurant/Bar At Bushwick’s Forrest Triangle
In early July, we were really excited to learn that the Forrest Triangle, a cut of land on the East Williamsburg/Bushwick border and former home to the Flushing Farms cafe, would soon be home to a new eatery and bar courtesy of the folks at 983 Bushwick’s Living Room. And now, after months of anticipation, the new spot is finally (kind of) open.
Forrest Point, as they’re calling it, quietly opened this past weekend, according to Bushwick Daily. To start, the owners were merely testing out cocktails and slinging beer and wine, but over the course of the next two weeks, patrons can expect to see an ever-changing menu of bites from the kitchen.
So, feel free to drop by the space, described as “nice and spacious with surprisingly tall ceilings,” over the next few weeks and get in on the ground floor with this place before it becomes “a thing.”
