Girls Returns To Bushwick Today and Tomorrow
As some of you may know, the Girls crew has been filming the HBO show’s fourth season throughout Brooklyn for a month or so now. In fact, they recently staged a fake traffic jam in Bed-Stuy, which in turn, caused a real traffic jam in the area. Now, it looks like Bushwick is next up on the chopping block.
“Welcome to Bushwick a.k.a. The Crackcident Pt. 2,” anyone?
According to a posting we came across yesterday, the show will film in a five-block area today, June 3, from 6 am until 9 pm and tomorrow from about 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The section they’ve chosen is a bit quiet and features rows of railroad apartments and gritty industrial buildings. And as with Bed-Stuy, Ditmas Park, and all their other filming locations, the Girls crew understands that their presence can be “somewhat disruptive” and so they “appreciate your cooperation.”
