Your Life in Brooklyn, As Imagined By Developers
It’s no secret that big condo developers have some, um, interesting ideas about how it is that people in Brooklyn tend to conduct themselves, but it’s always a particular treat when they demonstrate this for us in the form of silly-looking artistic renderings. So, good thing Buzz Buzz Home dug up these images of the young, wealthy, attractive, and translucent, courtesy of S3 Architecture.
The pictures are part of the renderings for a new condo building at 738 Grand St., which is otherwise as grey and square as your average brand-new luxury building. And really, we could think of worse ways to spend a summer afternoon than dramatically exiting our fancy showers, or hanging out on the roof with a bunch of ghosts and an on-trend Shiba Inu (though having a dog chase a ball on a roof feels like tempting fate). In any case, it’s still a better scene than the roof crowd at Castlebraid.
