Northside Festival McCarren Park Show Tickets and RSVPs Available Now
As you may have seen on this very site yesterday, or elsewhere around the internet, Brooklyn’s very own Northside Festival, organized by our parent company, Northside Media, is returning this summer from June 7-11 for five days of music and innovation glory. Headlining the music portion of those events are shows held in Williamsburg’s McCarren Park, and now the opporutunity has arrived to ensure that your chance to be a part doesn’t go for naught.
Tickets are available now for the show on Thursday, June 8th—headlined by Dirty Projectors—playing one of only two announced shows in support of a long-awaited new album—with the smooth jazz of Kamasi Washington and the lo-fi rock of Jay Som as support.
Likewise for the show on Saturday, June 10th, which will be headlined by R&B superstar Miguel—artist behind what could be my favorite song—with more to be announced.
To close down the Northside festivities, Sunday’s McCarren show will be built out into a community event: all ages invited, all free, and all based around a great summer day, with bands Thursday, PUP, The Hotelier, Jeff Rosenstock and more.
Act fast if one of these sounds up your alley—and don’t forget that various levels of festival badges are available for your selection as well.
