Earlier today, we shared the news that Get Up & Ride will bring a bi-weekly biking supper club to Brooklyn starting this weekend. Meanwhile, the Prospect Park Alliance will host its own pop-up dinner later this summer with the help of San Francisco’s HandMade Events and Acura.
As of April 28, PPA is selling tickets for PopUp Dinner Brooklyn, a 5000-person dinner in the park where guests will wear all-white and come together for “an elegant, graceful flash dinner picnic that will be held in a secret location” in the park.
Starting at 7 p.m. on June 28, guests will decorate their own tables and set them with food and drink from home while musicians serenade the crowd and follow the whole thing up with a dance party.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the PPA in its efforts to keep Prospect Park beautiful, safe and clean.
$35 tickets can be purchased here.
