Get To The Barclays Center Now And Get Cheap Nachos
By some miracle, the Brooklyn Nets are currently in the NBA playoffs and trailing the Toronto Raptors by one game with the score locked at 3-2. This a very important moment for them and you’d think they’d do nothing but show appreciation for the folks who’ve showed up to support them in their time of need. And yet, as we reported yesterday, the Nets have done the exact opposite of that, deciding to insult their fans via Twitter over a perceived lack of enthusiasm at recent games.
Apparently, they regret doing that. So, to make up for their little transgression, the team and the stadium they play in are serving up cheap(er) nachos before the Nets face-off against the Raptors in tonight’s Game 6 matchup.
The news comes via Brokelyn. From 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. tonight, fans who arrive early will get 25 percent of all nacho purchases because there’s no better way to tell someone you appreciate them than with discounted chips covered in simul-cheese.
The game starts at 7 p.m.
