Jerk Chicken Sandwich at Bareburger: It’s a serious undertaking to try to successfully un-glutenize bread (really, don’t try to tell us that Uti’s is an acceptable substitute for the real thing). That being said, the tapioca rice bun at Bareburger is a fairly decent, if not an entirely preferable alternative to the house brioche. Or you can just give up the ghost and wrap your sandwich in lettuce, then counterbalance your good work by topping it with fried eggs, sharp cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, and habanero chipotle mayo.
