Gluten-Free Dishes That We’d Actually Eat Willingly Even Though We Thankfully Don’t Have To
We truly can’t imagine what we’d do if we had an honest-to-goodness gluten allergy. Probably just resign ourselves to a lifetime of full-body rashes in the name of pasta and bread. We especially can’t understand anyone that gives up wheat willingly, no matter how much our increasingly slowed-down metabolism begs us to do the same. Essentially, we structure our meals around this motto — it if it tastes good, we eat it, and if it doesn’t, we don’t. And amazingly, the following restaurant dishes have won us over despite their gluten-free appeal…and yeah, it doesn’t hurt that they’re (kind of) good for us too.
