Lily Allen and David Harbour Finally Sell Their Cobble Hill Breakup Pad
After a few months on the market, and four more under contract, the (former) couple has officially parted ways with their stunner of a Brooklyn brownstone
It’s been known by a lot of names as of late, and speculated over by countless more, but the former home of former power couple Lily Allen and David Harbour is officially under the care of a new owner.
The Cobble Hill breakup pad of the British singer and Stranger Things star, who filed for divorce in early 2025 and went public with their split right around the time Allen dropped her well-seasoned and deliciously expositional new album West End Girl in late October 2025, went under contract with an unknown buyer in January 2026. And, as of earlier this week, whoever got the keys seems to have finally closed, according to the home’s document of sale (via the Office of City Registry).
Though it took a few drops from its initial listing price of just about $8 million during its time on the market, Allen and Harbour ended up closing for a clean $7 million on their Billy Cotton-designed five-bed, four-bath, and nearly 4,000-square-foot Union Street home (still double what they paid for it in early 2021), which is frankly beautiful—and fully, gloriously on display in their tense and bickery episode of Architectural Digest‘s “Open Door” (see below)—and features at least one room with wall-to-wall tiger striped carpeting. Other amenities include a sauna and cold plunge pool in a couple of pods in the yard, along with a ton of Cotton-provided customization: of the cabinetry, of the moldings, and of a pair of faucets in the bathroom, forged into a pair of swans.
How much of the Cotton package is retained is obviously up to the new occupants, but here’s hoping at least the swans survive.
