We are deep into Brooklyn’s inaugural eating-outside-in-Covid season as restaurants find ways to keep their doors open while keeping customers from entering through those doors (or, at least, beyond quarter capacity).
So, sidewalks and curbsides and backyards are in full effect, offering varying degrees of warmth and some protective barriers as a means of weathering the weather. Which is getting warmer! Here, then, is a thoroughly non-comprehensive, utterly subjective roundup of our favorite outdoor winter dining options, throughout the borough, that are both appealing in the new outdoor normal for the coziness factor, but also the grub:
