Things That Go Book in the Night: Electric Literature’s Genre Ball Is Halloween’s Hottest Literary Fête
We love Electric Literature and we love Halloween, so what could be better than a spooky, literary costume party raising money for the magazine? The Ace Hotel hosted the second annual Genre Ball last Friday and writers, editors, and readers danced all night in garb inspired by their favorite literary characters and genres. (Check: author Tony Tulathimutte as The Legend of Zelda‘s Link, Book of the Month Club’s Maris Kreizman as The Handmaiden Tale‘s Offred.) Live vicariously through all our favorite looks.
