Borough President Eric Adams Does an Incredible “Stanky Leg”
[sc:Adams ]
Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams has been in public doing some fairly awesome things in the past weeks. Two Fridays ago, Adams appeared at the Academy of Urban Planning in Bushwick, handing out thousands of dollars to Brooklyn schools to fund hydroponic greenhouses, and teach their students about sustainable, urban farming. Not bad.
Then, last Friday, DNAinfo tells us, he was caught on tape with some moves. The event, the sixth annual Stars of New York Dance—which helps fund dance programs in low-income neighborhoods—brought Adams to the stage, and he does not disappoint.
Watch the short video. As demonstrated by this, and his work with hydroponic greenhouses, Brooklyn Borough Hall—with an assist from Deputy Borough President Diana Reyna—is not your standard seat of local government. It could be interesting to learn what they have in store for us next.
