Bring Your French Bulldog To This French Bulldog Party On Saturday
For better or for worse, the French Bulldog is the official canine of New York City. The adorable, mushy-faced little beans can be seen all over the place, and if you haven’t noticed their enchanting presence in your neighborhood, the 4th Annual French Bulldog Party is taking place this week just for you.
The party–or dog-fiesta, dog-mixer, or puppy-bachanal–is taking place tomorrow at By Brooklyn in Carroll Gardens, and it’s all about spending time with the city’s most cherished pups and donating to a great non-profit, Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue.
As per the party’s Facebook listing, all “proceeds will be donated to Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue,” an organization dedicated to rescuing “sweet, loving, adoptable dogs.”
While this party is all about celebrating the Frenchie, you can certainly attend as a human. Tickets are $10 for those who show up with their dog in tow, while anyone who flies solo will be charged $15.
You can expect beers by Threes Brewing, cookies by One Girl Cookies and some cheese from Stinky Brooklyn. Just don’t feed your dog cheese and beer. Or cookies for that matter.
