Brooklyn Cocktails: The Irish Mule
In a new series, we’ll be sharing how our favorite bartenders in Brooklyn mix up Jameson Black Barrel in a cocktail. First up: how to remake that classic Moscow Mule with your favorite Irish whiskey.
Melissa Aubert, owner of the Passenger Bar in Williamsburg, shows us how easy it is to make the Irish Mule, a variation of the vodka-based cocktail. A splash of ginger beer and lime juice make for an easy-sipping, warm-weather cocktail (who says whiskey should only be consumed in the cold?). The classic tin cup (usually used for Moscow Mules) is not required, but most definitely appreciated. Learn how to make the simple, but delicious, Irish Mule from Melissa.
