Today we’re excited to premiere the new single, “Mirror,” from power rockers Mother Feather.

The two ladies fueling this Brooklyn-based outfit have been known to define their sound as “pop cock rock,” and with a look that’s equal parts leather, fake eyelashes, and belly-rumbling bass — far be it from us to contest that. “Mirror” is standard (amazing) fare for this theatrically aural crew, featuring the powerhouse lyrical prowess of lead singer Ann Courtney as she belts her way up-and-down the melody, the accompanying pizazz of “hype-woman sidekick” Elizabeth Carena, and — damn — that relentless guitar sound. Catch their fiery live act at the Knitting Factory on October 8, then bookmark their tour page so you can see them again and again.

Listen to “Mirror,” below.
