Penn Badgley’s band MOTHXR will be playing a free show at Brooklyn Night Bazaar tonight, so if you’re into the idea of watching an ex-teen star moaning moodily into a microphone in his best imitation of How To Dress Well, come on down. Surprisingly, Penn’s not that bad! Look at his smolder! Look at those floppy Williamsburg curls. If you squint, he looks just like the rest of the grimy dudes hanging outside of the Charleston during work hours on the weekdays. Assimilation has been a success, LonelyBoy.
