Michael Diamond, who you might know as the Beastie Boys’ “I’m Like Jimmy Walker I’m Dynamite” Mike D. is continuing his real estate ventures in Brooklyn. The musician is designing a Boerum Hill townhouse with pals John and Jill Bouratoglou, the architects he worked with to make his own ill Cobble Hill abode.
The place is a single-family dwelling complete with garage at 242 Pacific Street, Curbed reports. It’s a four bedroom, four bathroom spot with twelve-foot high ceilings, which can be yours for $4.98 million, a.k.a. “your cash and your jewelry is what I expect.” No word on whether you can pay an extra fee for Mike D. to hang out with you in your house, but maybe? Via Zillow, here are the renderings of what the spot will look like.
