Michael Diamond, who you might know as the Beastie Boys’ “I’m Like Jimmy Walker I’m Dynamite” Mike D. is continuing his real estate ventures in Brooklyn. The musician is designing a Boerum Hill townhouse with pals John and Jill Bouratoglou, the architects he worked with to make his own ill Cobble Hill abode.
The place is a single-family dwelling complete with garage at 242 Pacific Street, Curbed reports. It’s a four bedroom, four bathroom spot with twelve-foot high ceilings, which can be yours for $4.98 million, a.k.a. “your cash and your jewelry is what I expect.” No word on whether you can pay an extra fee for Mike D. to hang out with you in your house, but maybe?
