Photos: Celebrating the Most Influential People in Brooklyn Culture

By Brooklyn Magazine

All the way back in March, we published a feature in which we highlighted The 100 Most Influential People in Brooklyn Culture. It was received warmly by our readers and the people included on the list, and we were extremely proud of the whole thing. So within a few days of it being released, we started talking about how nice it would be to throw a party where we got everyone from the list together in one place. Then life took over, and it was put on the way-back burner. But alas! This past Thursday evening, with the help of our friends at Jameson, we finally got around to it, and it was everything we hoped it would be. To see Borough President Eric Adams and representatives from world-class institutions like BAM and Brooklyn Museum standing right there alongside a who’s who of Brooklyn’s DIY music scene, plus a huge array of artists, writers, and business owners, was truly inspiring. Here, then, are some photos.
