French Bistro Coming To Bed-Stuy

Bed-Stuy’s about to get even fancier: A French bistro is coming to the neighborhood.
The new eatery seems to have appeared overnight at the corner of Malcolm X Boulevard and Hancock Street, putting it a few short blocks from comfort food joints like Saraghina, Peaches Hothouse and Crown Fried Chicken, according to Brownstoner. And since French food is the original comfort food, maybe the owners have picked the right spot.
Speaking of the owners, there’s no word yet on who they are, but we do have a name for their new venture: The Antagonist. We like it. And we’ll like it even more when they open what appears to be an attached backyard dining area.
If all goes well, The Antagonist should be open in two months.
