Can’t Hardly Wait: 10 Bars and Restaurants Opening In Brooklyn This Fall
7. Parm
Coming To: Park Slope & Williamsburg
For our second Brooklyn-by-way-of-Manhattan offering, we have Parm, an Italian sandwich shop from the owners of critical darlings Carbone and Torrisi Italian Specialties. These two new locations will be the first to hit Brooklyn and will offer hot sandwiches, including classics like meatball and eggplant alongside more daring menu items like fried chicken cacciatore, ricotta toast and homemade ice cream cakes. The Barclays Center-adjacent location should be open in time for the Nets’ third season while the opening date for the Williamsburg outpost remains unknown.
