Today marked the official opening day of the new Ample Hills Creamery in Gowanus, which boasts a roof deck, a party space and all the ice cream you could wish for. It got us thinking about how many great new businesses are coming to Brooklyn this summer and fall and how some of them deserve our undivided attention.
