Can’t Hardly Wait: 10 Bars and Restaurants Opening In Brooklyn This Fall
2. Butter & Scotch
Coming To: Crown Heights
Speaking of Smorgasburg: For those not invited to join the Berg’n club, there’s always room for a solo act. Such is the case with Butter & Scotch, the dessert shop founded by Keavy Blueher and Allison Kave that got its start at Smorgasburg, but is now moving onto a brick-and-mortar spot in Crown Heights. Having successfully raised more than $50,000 via Kickstarter, the ladies plan to open Brooklyn’s first “dessert and craft cocktail bar” in the neighborhood later this year, which will feature all our favorites, including their stupidly delicious S’mores pies.
