“Where Do Ideas Come From?”: Watch David Lynch in Conversation at BAM
We learned a lot of things when we went to see David Lynch in conversation at BAM last week (like, he loves Kanye! who knew?). And now you can learn some things too, because BAM has released a short video of Lynch and Paul Holdengräber in conversation.
In the clip below (you can also watch it on BAM’s website), the two speak about what it’s like to have an idea and build upon it. In the words of Lynch, an idea comes “like on a TV in your mind” and that they’re “beautiful gifts.” Which, even if that’s not necessarily true for all of us, it undoubtedly is for Lynch. We just wish we could tune in to whatever channel upon which his idea TV is set. Enjoy!
