Pratt Institute.
Last night, a gunman opened fire on a crowd of people two blocks from the Pratt Institute in Clinton Hill and shot two teenage girls and one man, reports DNAinfo. All three were taken to Kings County Hospital in “serious but stable condition,” according to the NYPD.
Trouble began at about 10:15 outside 185 Waverly Ave when two girls in a crowd started fighting, soon joined by a man, and moments later, another man opened fire at the crowd. It’s unclear whether the three shooting victims were involved in the initial fight.
One 17-year-old girl was shot in the torso, the other, also 17, was shot in the leg, while a 26-year-old man was shot in the knee. The gunman, whose identity is unknown, is still at large.
