Janelle Monáe, St. Vincent Putting On Free Prospect Park Shows This Summer

On this miserable, rainy day it may be hard to imagine the taste of strawberries better times, but rest assured, things are looking up.
Today, Prospect Park and Celebrate Brooklyn! announced the official lineup of summer shows at the park’s bandshell and it looks like we’re in for some real treats!
As some of you may (or may not) know, some concerts are free and some will cost you a pretty penny. On the “free” side (there’s actually a suggested donation of $3), we’ve got:
