Dekalb Restaurant’s Oyster Stew: This new Bed Stuy jewel opened at the tail end of an especially bitter January, so we’re excited to see them finally slough off parsnips and strut their stuff with sprightly spring ingredients. Don’t be dismayed by the smattering of stray brussels sprouts leaves topping a celery and oyster stew; if you push aside the fat mollusks and curry-tinted crackers, you’ll find a host of toothsome, creamy fava beans hiding out underneath.
