Forget Bottomless Brunch, Check Out Our Six Favorite Brooklyn Brunch Spots
Emily
Why don’t more places serve pizza for brunch? This was something we asked ourselves recently and could come up with no good answer. But, you know what? You don’t need more places serving pizza for brunch, not when Clinton Hill newcomer Emily serves up some of the best pizza in the borough for your weekend eating pleasure. Try the Arctic Char pizza, featuring fernet- and lavender-cured char, crema, onion, and everything bagel spice, this pizza will satisfy your traditional brunch cravings, but also take you to a whole new plane of brunch enjoyment. There’s also a Suburban Hangover pizza (sausage, egg, and cheese) and the restaurant’s eponymous pie, which comes laden with mozzarella, taleggio, pistachios, truffle sottocenere, and honey for a sweet, indulgent take on brunch. But don’t forget to save room for the Elvis calzone! This peanut butter, banana, and honey fried dough stomach bomb will fill you up for the rest of the week, until you’re ready to go out and brunch again.
