The Williamsburg Beer Hall Was Worth The Wait

Sixty taps, two cask ales and 180 bottles—clearly, a lack of options is not a problem at newly opened East Williamsburg beer hall The Well. The ambition extends beyond the bounty of beer on offer, however, and has been the main reason that the Well’s opening has been repeatedly delayed.

In fact, you might even be thinking right now, “Wait… wasn’t the place supposed to open a long time ago?” As it turns out, converting an incredibly dilapidated 19th-century brewery into a safe space isn’t so easy.
