Fairway Market Will Celebrate Red Hook In All Its Glory

Guess what, Red Hook? Fairway Market is celebrating you this weekend and the two weekends after that. According to DNAinfo, the company plans on setting up shop beneath a heated tent along the neighborhood’s waterfront every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through February 1.
The three-weekend event will celebrate local businesses and include facepainting, free samples, gifts, live music, balloon artistry, crafts and booths featuring local artists with everything situated near the Fairway in Red Hook at 480-500 Van Brunt Street.
It sounds like a good time and if we’re lucky maybe Sixpoint will come out and share the sudsy goodness that is their new Hi-Res beer.
