10 Brooklyn Neighborhood Restaurants and Bars Where You Ought to Become a Regular
I’ve loved this restaurant from the first time I went, about six years ago, in celebration of a friend’s birthday. Sitting outside in the backyard, and licking up every last bit of salty, chocolate mousse, I remember thinking that I might come back every night if I lived in the neighborhood. Alas, I’m not close enough to Ditmas Park to be a true regular at the Farm, but I highly recommend anyone who lives in the vicinity to take advantage of this great spot. The food is local and seasonal, but the menu is consistent enough that you’ll still be able to rely on the availability of favorite dishes. Although they don’t have that salty chocolate mousse anymore, they still make some of the best french fries and a killer kale salad, which, along with a glass of red wine, make the perfect vegetarian meal to eat in the garden or at the bar.
