Just felt like everyone deserved to know this is a thing: Uber, that new cab hailing app, is giving out two $20 cab rides per person this weekend, for trips into, out of, or within Brooklyn. Amazing.
Just enter the code “BKLOVESuberX” into the app and choose the “uberX” option—as opposed to their other services, which will be operating at normal pricing—and you’re good to go. The promotion also comes with assorted discounts you can get if you show places your receipt, but mainly, seemed like everyone should know they’re entitled to $40 worth of free cab rides this weekend. If you play your cards right, this may mean you can afford a fancy brunch. Or a mid-range dinner! What a world.
