Taste Talks, The Brooklyn Food and Drink Conference, Is Coming to Williamsburg!

Mark your calendars for September 14 and 15, because Northside Media Group is proud to announce Taste Talks, two days of culinary symposiums, workshops, tours and discussions. We’ve gathered experts in dozens of related culinary fields to discuss the latest trends in food and drink, all in America’s most stylish test kitchen: Brooklyn.
On Saturday, September 14 Taste Talks will host panels, demonstrations and more at the Wythe Hotel, Kinfolk Studios and Brooklyn Bowl. Taste Talk’s inaugural year is being curated by April Bloomfield of The Spotted Pig and author of A Girl and her Pig. We’ll be discussing everything from restaurant coffee to food photography with the leaders in today’s culinary world including Mario Batali, Wylie Dufresne, Questlove and Andrew Tarlow. Plus, Saturday morning we’re hosting an old-school pancake breakfast with Brooklyn Bowl and Patrick Hallahan of My Morning Jacket. For a complete list of Taste Talks participants, click here. On Sunday, September 15 Taste Talks is proud to present The All-Star Cookout in a secret location. We’ve paired top chefs from New York City and abroad to collaborate and create a unique, exclusive Taste Talks menu. More details on that to come!
