Carroll Gardens: Quesadilla
Unlike other, lesser quesadillas that are impossible to eat without a knife and fork, the quesadilla at Calexico is handily wrapped up so that you can devour it like a Hot Pocket. Only it is so much better than any hot pocket you have ever had in your life. I’m partial to the pulled pork, mostly because I am practically a straight-up carnivore, but the black bean with avocado sauce is also delicious. Plus, each quesadilla comes with a side of chipotle-flavored crack sauce, which, while not quite as addictive as crack, is definitely as satisfying.
