Can’t tell your Sours and Daisies from your Collins and Fizzes or Punches from your Royales? Neither can we, which is why we’re zeroing in on the “Rites of Spring” section on this swinging Smith Street bar’s new menu. There’s “The Machinist”, with tequila, sherry, lemon juice and celery shrub, and “Kiwi’s Big Adventure”, featuring kiwi-infused rum, lime juice and tiki bitters. But our favorite by far is the “Green Giant”, made with Old Tom’s Gin, tarragon, dry vermouth, and a vibrant muddle of sugar snap peas. It’s as good an incentive as any for over-grown children to eat their vegetables.
