Visual Proof That The MTA Is Close To Fixing The L Train

The G Train may be back in action, but L train regulars are still frothing at the mouth (and calmly signing petitions) for any sign of a return to normalcy.
And the MTA hears your shrill cries! To reassure the public that they are, in fact, actively working to fix the tunnel that bore the brunt of Sandy’s damage to the subway system, the MTA released new video today of workers in the L tunnels and at the Bedford station, inspecting equipment, implementing repairs, and taking vaguely Donkey Kong-reminiscent cart rides through the tunnels now that they’ve finally been rid of storm water.
This will all be over soon.
