Preview the Official Menu for Taste Talks Brooklyn: Dinner Lab
Taste Talks is incredibly excited to be teaming up with Dinner Lab this year—a social dining experiment that unites undiscovered chefs with adventurous diners who are looking for something different from the conventional restaurant experience. Their events bring together a group of interesting strangers around a common table to share cuisine crafted by up-and-coming chefs from all over the country.
In addition to participating in the Brooklyn panel, “Is a Brick-and-Mortar Necessary?” Dinner Lab will collaborate on one-night-only, ticketed meals at both the Brooklyn and Chicago events. Chef Pat Sheerin will be the top toque in Chi-Town, and Eleven Madison Park vet, Eric Bolyard, will take the reigns in our fair borough, with a special menu exploring the theme “Meditations of a Restaurantless Chef.” In fact, we’ve just received a full run-down of his delicious dishes, and you’ll definitely want to nab your tickets now for either one of two seatings: 7:00 PM or 8:30 PM on Saturday, September 13th.
Like all Dinner Lab events, the secret Brooklyn (and eventually, Chicago!) location will be sent via email shortly before the event.
Space is very limited. Check out the menu below and buy your tickets today!
