We continue to be alternately amused and bemused at the idea of Brooklyn (and more specifically, its food scene) as being some investigatable new trend. Because as life long Brooklynites, we just look at it as the rest of the world (or merely other-side-of-the-bridge denizens) coming to terms with a constant, irrefutable truth; that Brooklyn is a uniquely diverse and utterly interesting place to live – and eat.
