Fruit ‘n Yogurt Parfait; Culture
Yogurt is everywhere now. Frozen or Greek, it’s hard to escape. But why would you want to? It tastes good and is actually good for you. Or, I guess, it is. I don’t know that much about probiotics, even though I really, really want to learn. Anyway. Culture, in Park Slope, is one of the finest purveyors of yogurt—frozen and regular—that I’ve ever been to.Their flavors and toppings change daily, but change is good! Especially when all the flavors on offer are so delightful. And any yogurt (recent flavors include blueberry vanilla, pumpkin pie, and pistachio cardamom) can be turned into a parfait and topped with house-made granola, honey, fruit puree and fresh fruit. You’ll lick your spoon to get every last hint of all that deliciousness, you really will.
