Because, in our eternal optimism, we believe that biking days will be here again soon, this is some welcome news for the upcoming summer months: Bike sharing program Citi Bike is going ahead with an enormous expansion effort, which will include 53 new stations in Williamsburg and Brooklyn by the end of the year.
