The hardest part is dealing with people and the easiest part dealing with people. You know who you are.

Neat, with a beer on the side.
What’s your second passion outside of bartending?
Radio Free Brooklyn.
What would surprise people about being a bartender?
Sometimes you eat the bar, sometimes the bar, well, it eats you.
What has bartending taught you about life outside the bar?
That being alive is fun!
What’s your favorite drink to make?
Tea-quila, but you won’t see that on the market until I decide.
What is your most versatile cocktail ingredient?
Hot sauce.
What tip would you give a new bartender that you wish you had known?
30%.
