Ed Sheeran’s Brooklyn Heights apartment can be yours for just $38K a month
The ‘Shape of You’ singer’s former four-bedroom luxury duplex is (back) on the rental market
Calling all die-hard Sheerios with a taste for exposed brick and a lot of coin in the bank: Ed Sheeran’s former Brooklyn Heights duplex is officially on the market again, and if you’ve ever dreamed of walking in his chart-topping shoes (or at least crashing in his expensive pad), then this is your moment!

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath luxury rental hit the market last week asking for $38,000 a month, according to The Real Deal. Located at the Toll Brothers’ Pierhouse condo complex on Furman Street, Suite 405 spans over 3,200 square feet and has a private rooftop terrace that offers “protected and unrivaled Manhattan views,” according to the listing.
While the singer may be more “Castle on the Hill” than “Castle in Brooklyn Heights,” the thought of renting a piece of pop history is enough to make anyone start writing love songs. Sheeran rented the duplex last year for $36,000 a month and at that time it was the most expensive rental in Brooklyn in 2023. The 33-year-old “Shape of You” singer’s lease ended in January of this year.
Sheeran, who is married with two children, also has a compound in his native Suffolk, England — a 16-acre property called Sheeranville. But there’s been no shortage of Sheeran-sightings in the borough in recent months.

Tucked away in a trendy section of the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, Sheeran’s former abode offers everything a globally beloved singer-songwriter needs: a place to stash a guitar collection, somewhere to scribble lyrics about heartbreak, and acoustic-friendly space to serenade potential future lovers.
For people who may be more into glossy amenities than songwriting, the listing boasts features including, “solid custom walnut cabinetry, Calacatta Tucci marble slab counters and islands, reclaimed heartwood pine floors, Gaggenau appliances, and energy-efficient solar shades, included in every room.”

If that wasn’t enough, the listing says the future resident will also have access to 1 Hotel Brooklyn’s amenities including two fitness centers, a meditation studio, and a pet-wash station (because even your dog should live in style). There’s also valet parking and electric car charging stations in the garage.
Meanwhile, any future resident should be prepared to run into other famous faces like Kendrick Lamar, who purchased his own duplex with Pierhouse in 2023, according to The Real Deal. Just try to stay on his good side.
