This Ditmas Park stalwart is a quiet star of the neighborhood’s vibrant dining scene. There is lots to recommend on the menu (we dream about everything they do with chocolate and sea salt) but we keep coming back for the kale salad. It’s a simple enough recipe—raw, julienned kale, lemon, mixed with celery root or radishes (depending on the season) and parmesan. Lots and lots of parmesan. Does everything taste better with cheese?
