An Artisanal Food Tour of Brooklyn
Brooklyn Brewery
With all due respect to Sixpoint (also a totally worthwhile tour stop), a pilgrimage to Williamsburg’s Brooklyn Brewery has become every bit as compulsory as visiting Guinness headquarters in Dublin. Having expanded by leaps and bounds since 1988, the borough-centric brewery currently exports more craft beer than anyone else in the country. And since they’re busy churning out Brooklyn Lagers, Pilsners, and East India Pale Ales 7 days a week, they’re easy to fit into any jam-packed sightseeing schedule. Visit Monday through Thursday for reservation-only Small Batch tours, Friday evening for Happy Hour, and Saturdays and Sundays for tours and tastings.
