Buy Some Disposable Stuff
The one major logistical downside to a solo holiday is really the lack of access to a fancy parent kitchen and all that entails. Do you have a well-stocked, accessible collection of appropriately sized and travel-ready pots, pans, and casserole dishes? I don’t. No one does, other than moms and actual chefs. Don’t bother trying to fix this now, just pick up a bunch of those semi-disposable foil ones at the dollar store. If you’re really that worried about being environmentally unfriendly, just scrape the burned cheese off the bottom and re-use them as long as you can. It’s fine.
