Inside Brooklyn Central, Park Slope’s New Wood-Fired Pizzeria
Two-person pies are divided into Old World — like the Napoli, with sauce, anchovies, oregano and basil, the Marinara, with fresh garlic, and the Crudo, with prosciutto san daniele (all topped with mozzarella di bufula imported from Italy) and New World — like the Canard, with duck and seasonal compote, the Black Widow, with mushrooms and black garlic, and the Colony, with pepperoni, honey and pickled chilies (all topped with mozzarella sourced from Brooklyn).
