Food lovers rejoice! Northside and Heritage Radio Live are launching an innovative weekly Taste Talks podcast on Mondays at 2pm, hosted by Northside food editor Sarah Zorn. Each episode kicks off with the week’s breaking food news, and brings together industry powerhouses from various fields — including music, art, film, media, design and tech — together with luminaries from the food and restaurant world to talk about the next big thing in taste.

In an upcoming episode, the founders of FarmersWeb and Zady discuss “Slow Food v. Slow Fashion” and celeb chef Marc Murphy goes tête-à-tête with Mouth’s CEO Craig Kanarick. The podcast follows hot on the heels of Northside’s annual festival series of the same name, which celebrate the future of taste through symposia, panel discussions, dinners, and parties each fall in both Brooklyn and Chicago. Taste Talks festivals give food enthusiasts a chance to enjoy amazing eats while engaging in great conversations with everyone from April Bloomfield and QuestLove to Michael White and Action Bronson.

To listen, head to Taste Talks on Heritage Radio here.
