Brooklyn Bus Accident Injures 14

An MTA bus accident in Canarsie this morning has left fourteen people injured, including two seriously. The Post reports that the accident occurred around 8:45 this morning, when a minivan ran a stop sign and collided with the B6 bus at the intersection of Glenwood Road and East 102nd Street.
An MTA spokesperson said that the minivan driver struck the right side of the bus. Thirteen passengers on the bus and the driver of minivan were rushed to Kings County Hospital and Brookdale Hospital, according to a spokeswoman from the NYPD press office. The NYPD had no additional information on the crash.
