$1K In Clothing Stolen From Williamsburg American Apparel—Again

The first time, it’s an isolated incident. The second time? It’s a problem. Such is the case with the Williamsburg American Apparel, which was hit up by criminals for the second time this year.
According to a snippet in DNAinfo‘s crime report, $1,100 worth of clothing were stolen from the American Apparel on N. 6th Street last Wednesday, August 6. The suspects are described as a female fivesome who entered the store between 3 pm and 3:30 pm, splitting up upon arrival. Somehow, all five made it out the door with 28 clothing items and drove off into the afternoon in a blue Ford SUV.
As some of you may recall, this is not the first time a thousand dollars worth of clothing has been snatched from that particular store. Back in late April, a young, male thief struck at about the same time of day as the fivesome, stealing about a dozen pairs of “Disco Pants” and “Easy Jeans.”
And it appears that no arrests have been made in either case.
